Workshop Terms & Conditions

Below you can find our information and guidance for the workshops we run at Krafthaus Studio & Store and various other venues. If you have a question that isn't answered here, feel free to email us at info@theneighbourhoodthreat.co.uk

GENERAL STUFF THAT APPLIES TO ALL WORKSHOPS
You can find us at Krafthaus Studio & Store, 1A Hope Road, Sale, M33 3AB. If we are running a workshop at another location we'll send you an email confirmation outlining all the details :)

Once you are in our studio space please take good care around equipment and the tools involved. We will make the space as safe as possible but it is a work environment so naturally there are certain precautions to be taken.

We cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused through the misuse of the studio or equipment.

Non-attendance:
In the event of non-attendance or arriving late to a workshop it is not possible to provide alternative studio time, or for a class to be rescheduled. Classes are at fixed times to cover the cost of tuition. We run at full capacity so it is not possible to swap classes or use the studio outside of the allotted class times to catch up.

Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued up to 14 days before your workshop date (minus a £5 admin fee). After this period, if you cannot make the workshop your fee will be retained as we will be unable to fill your space. However, you may transfer your booking to another person. We reserve the right to cancel workshops through illness or if not enough people sign up to a particular session. In this case a full refund will be offered or we can move you to another session if available.

COVID / ILLNESS:
As an independent studio and shop we suffer badly if we need to close for any period of time and we want to keep working! Please don't come if you are unwell. We'll do the same.

Accessibility:
We want to make our workshops available to as many people as possible. By their nature, some of our workshops involve an amount of physical effort. Unfortunately Krafthaus Studio & Store is not wheelchair accessible (there's a couple of steps by the door to enter) We recognise that everybody’s accessibility needs may differ, therefore please email us at info@theneighbourhoodthreat.co.uk or pop into the shop to discuss any concerns you may have before booking.
