Refund policy

We aim to make all of our products the highest quality we can, but understand that sometimes you may be dissatisfied with your purchase. Please note that we mostly use recycled vintage fabrics, and we try our best to source textiles that are highest in quality. However, please be aware that there may be slight age marks on some of our up- cycled products, these cannot be avoided. 

As we are a small business and our products are handmade to order, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for our products, but are happy to exchange items as long as they are returned to us unused and in the same condition that it was posted out like within 30 days from purchase. This applies to our cushions, lampshades, prints, and vintage clothing. * It is the customer's responsibility to cover any postage costs upon returning any items.
